Open to ages 3-12. Registration required. Come in costume and join us in Gaskill Park for festive treats, games & prizes. Please advise staff of any food allergies. Sponsored by the Atlantic County Library Foundation. This is an outdoor event and is weather dependent. Rain date 10/28.
