This will be a basic introduction of Strategies and Techniques to keep yourself and your loved ones safe in increasingly unsafe times.

The techniques demonstrated will not require world class athletes to perform. All strategies and techniques will be geared toward individuals with little or no martial art training. Everything will be easy to do and remember based on your body's physical reaction known as the "Startle Effect". Areas covered will be situational awareness, learning your comfort zone, pre-attack indicators, and simple and effective techniques to escape from common street circumstances. The program will be a hands on experience and give you some insight on the STREET SMARTYZ philosophy. Program will be led by Sensei Jules Weinberg, a student of the Martial Arts for over 44 years.

Dress in comfortable clothes and be ready to learn in a caring safe environment.
