Join us for a post-4th of July celebration of America & the diverse cultures that makeup Egg Harbor Township. Events include a performance by the Irish-American Cultural Society of South Jersey, a Melting Pot potluck & a talk by local historian Kimball Baker on Black Cowboys and Buffalo Soldiers. Mr. Baker's talk focuses on the contributions black Americans made in opening up our nation's Western frontier for settlement & as U.S. Army soldiers, known as buffalo soldiers. Held outside, weather permitting. Members of the community are welcome to bring foods of their cultures for the multicultural potluck. Please contact the branch if interested.
