Linda Schwartz, certified yoga and meditation instructor, leads a 3-part workshop teaching mindfulness practices to cultivate clarity, compassion, wise choices & well-being. Learn to stress less & live in the moment. The classes are educational & experiential & may include walking meditations outside, weather permitting. Part of Mind-Body Saturdays.
